I entered my address and payment information, but the submit button is still shaded out.

We understand that it can be frustrating when you're trying to make a purchase and the submit button is still shaded out. Here are a few things to check to ensure a smooth checkout process:

First, make sure that you are typing in the address and payment information fields rather than using auto-populate. Sometimes, auto-populate can cause issues with the submit button.

Next, double-check that you have entered the correct format for your zip code. If you have entered 9 digits, be sure to include a dash between the first five and second four (e.g. 99999-9999).

Before the "Submit Payment" bar, there is an "I acknowledge" button that needs to be checked off.
This is a required step to proceed with the payment.

Ensure that all areas with an asterisk (*) are populated. These are mandatory fields for completing the transaction.

For the expiration date of your payment method, make sure that the month has two digits (e.g. 01, 02) and the year has four digits (e.g. 2024).

Check for any spaces before the first digit in the routing number or account number fields. This can sometimes occur if you are copying and pasting into these fields or if your web browser is autofilling the fields.

If you have tried all of the above and are still experiencing issues, it may be helpful to try making the payment using a different web browser. Additionally, ensure that your web browser is up to date.

If you have gone through these steps and are still unable to submit your payment, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@autoagent.com. Our customer support team is here to help and will work to resolve the issue promptly.
