The password reset link will be coming from the email address no-reply@municipay.com.
It may take a few moments for the reset link to arrive. If you do not receive it, please check your spam/junk folder. 


Once received, be sure to only click on the password reset link once. If the reset is clicked more than once, then the first reset link will be deemed invalid.


**NoteIf you don't receive your password link, you may not have an existing account established and need to create an account.
