What do I do if I forgot my password?

Follow these steps to reset your password. **Note: If you don't receive your code after following these steps, you may not have an existing account established and need to create an account. 

1. Click on the link “Click Here” to reset your password.

 2. Enter your email address and click "Continue" to start the verification process.

3. Choose where the verification code is to be sent (email or mobile) and click 'Send Code".

4. Email or text is sent with Verification Code with expiration of 20 minutes. **Note: If you don't receive your code, you may not have an existing account established and need to create an account. 

If using e-mail and you do not receive your code, please check your spam/junk folder. 

5. Enter Verification code. This form allows for 3 attempts to enter the code before temporarily locking the account for security purposes.

6. Once code has been verified, the password can be reset. Please use at least 8 characters, lower case/upper case letters and numbers. Please do not use any special characters such as !,?,@,#,$. 

7. Once the password is reset, you will be automatically logged in.
