All routing numbers throughout the US are 9 digits. Some factors to consider are as follows:
1. Please make sure that your routing number is 9 digits.
2. The routing number is the first set of digits while looking at your check/deposit slip.
3. If the routing number you entered is 9 digits long, make sure that your routing number has not changed as a result of a bank merger.
4. Make sure that the routing number is approved for "debits" by your bank.
5. Be sure to type the number verses using auto-populate.
