You can view and manage all the active Tax Offices from the Overview page. Unless a Tax Collector restricts access to your organization, you can connect with any Tax Offices that utilizes the system so you can view tax information.
You will receive notifications from the system about tax season activities and process your payments ONLY to active Tax Offices. A Tax Office can block access to any payer entity at any given time. The list is automatically sorted by collections priority.
Click on any of the available fields below to sort for easier navigation. Additionally, you are provided the option to view the same in Calendar View.

Note:
- If a tax season is upcoming, the Precommitment/Payment Dates will be displayed in black font.
- If a tax season is active, the Precommitment/Payment Dates will be displayed in green font.
- If the tax season is nearing closure, the green font will blink.
- If a tax season has been closed, the Precommitment/Payment Dates will appear in black font with a strikethrough.
If your user profile is set to receive notifications, Autoagent will send a weekly summary of all upcoming due dates.
