Why does this parcel(s) indicate “Shortage”, in red, below the Amount Due?

The system is displaying a shortage because the amount due in your parcel file that was uploaded does not match the actual amount due in Autoagent.


Note: The amount due in Autoagent generates directly from the tax files provided to us from the Tax Offices.
