Log in to your account, navigate to the dropdown menu under your profile, and click on "Manage Users." Then click on the "Manage" button next to the desired user. From the dropdown menu, click on "Send Password Reset Email."
A Password Reset e-mail will be sent to the user's e-mail address on file. If they do not receive it, please have them check their spam/junk folder. Additionally, this link is only active for 24 hours after which you'll have to send another to the user.
