How do I add/delete/modify a user?

Log in to your account and navigate to the dropdown menu under your profile. Click "Manage Users".  


To add a new user:

Click the Add New User button -> fill out the form, assign user rights (Administrator/ Basic User), decide if they need to receive all Autoagent notifications -> click Update User.


To Edit or Update user info: 

Click on Manage for that user -> select Edit User -> Correct the information on the form -> click Update User. 


To Delete an existing user: 

Click on Manage for that user name -> select Delete User.
