How can I reset/change my password for my Autoagent account?

You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" button on your Login Page. Enter your "Email Address" and then click on the "Send Reset Link" button.


A New Password Request email will be sent to your e-mail address. Click on the "Reset Your Password" button and enter your new password twice. 


Note: If you do not receive the New Password Request email, please check your junk/spam folder. Additionally, this link is only active for 24 hours after which you'll have to request your password to be reset again.
