Where & How do I access the page to take over the counter payments?

If your account is set up to take over-the-counter transactions through MuniciPAY, you'll be able to access this option by logging into your account.

To do so, either login page will direct you to our login portal:

https://my.autoagent.com/login

or

https://my.municipay.com/login

(Please note, if you are integrated with another software for OTC payments - your process may begin in your other software. If you're unsure, please email support@autoagent.com for assistance.) 

Once you're logged in to MuniciPAY, you'll navigate to the "Run Transactions" tab in your main menu.
You may also select "Run Transactions" from the Overview page.

This option will bring you to your payment interface for your payment item options.
