This is part of a slow release that we’ve already begun enabling for select customers. We will continue to ramp up this rollout until all merchants have access to these new payment methods.
By Payee Reports
Due to popular demand, we’ve reintroduced the By Payee Report! This feature enables your office to view daily summaries of total payment volume for all payment methods linked to a specific deposit account. Unlike the By Deposit Report, the By Payee Report offers greater flexibility, allowing you to customize deposit groupings across multiple departments and payment methods.
To access the report, simply log in to the MuniciPay portal, navigate to the Reporting tab, and select By Payee Report.

IVR Improvements
We’ve enhanced our IVR system with a more natural, human-like voice and slower, clearer speech to make it easier for callers to understand and complete their payments over the phone. These improvements are now live across all merchant IVRs.
Status Page
We’ve launched a new status page at https://status.autoagent.com, which serves as the central hub for monitoring the current status of all Autoagent services. This page will provide real-time updates on outages, maintenance, and other service-impacting events, ensuring transparent and timely communication with our customers.
