We've enhanced MuniciPay's Reporting pages!
New Overview Page
On your first login, you'll be presented our new Overview Page. Based on feedback, many of our customers requested that their local government employees do not see full batch and deposit details immediately after they log in, especially if customers were present when running over-the-counter payments:
The new Overview Page allows you to quickly click to secondary pages through the use of large icon shortcuts including:
- Reports: Access Deposit Reports, batch downloads, and By Reports.
- Transactions: Search Transactions, issue voids / refunds.
- Billing Data: If you are uploading a billing file to us, view and mange your billing data.
- Run Transaction / Payment Portal: If you are setup for in-person payments, run or access your payment page.
Customize Your Experience
You can now also customize what your default page is when logging in. For example, if you prefer to go directly to the Transactions page, you can select that from the drop down. The next time you log in, you'll immediately be presented the Transactions page.
Two additional options are available for you to customize as well:
- Default Report Date Range: On each login, you can pre-define the date that is selected to view reporting on such as Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, All Time. This enables you to quickly access your desired reporting quicker.
- Transaction List Style: You can view transactions in a smple table list or expanded list containing full transaction details.
Note: You can change these settings from the Edit Your Profile > Options tab at any time:
New Report Enhancements
Some additional feedback was the ability to smoothly navigate through Reports without having to re-select the dates or department filters. To accommodate, we're introducing sticky filters that are preserved as you navigate between our Reports.
As mentioned earlier, you can set your Default Report Date Range on these pages as well. For example, if you log in each morning to view yesterday's transactions, you can select Yesterday and that date will automatically be selected whenever you log in to MuniciPay.
And finally, we are introducing breadcrumb & tabs to help you identify which report you are viewing and quickly switch between them:
