We’ve made improvements to our in-person checkout process for some of our processing partners to eliminate the need for your office to manually enter the card holder’s full name on each checkout.
This new option, selected by default, will obtain and pre-fill the card holder’s name automatically for in-person transactions when you swipe their card. This not only speeds up your transaction time, but also eliminates typos or the need to ask your payer to repeat the spelling of their full name.
Should you prefer, you can always manually key in the name by selecting the Manually key in name option.
