Why is my parcel not payable online?

Modified on Mon, Dec 16 at 9:37 AM

We understand that it can be frustrating when you are unable to pay your parcel online. There are several reasons why this may be the case, and we want to help you understand why.

  • The office may have disabled online payments due to a tax sale. Check their website for any important details they may have provided.
  • The county may be blocking your parcel from being paid online. This could be due to an outstanding delinquent amount from a previous owner or another reason. We recommend contacting the tax office directly to inquire why the account/bill is being blocked. They will be able to provide you with more information and help you resolve the issue.

  • It is also possible that the account/bill has already been paid, or that the new tax season has not yet begun, so the amounts are not populated for online payment.
