There may be various reasons why the file has failed to upload. The type of error the upload caused should appear in red. Please view the error and make the required adjustments. Some common errors received are from the parcel numbers not being in the correct format. The format of the specific office is provided prior to uploading your parcels.
Another common error received is due to the parcel spreadsheet removing the leading zero of the Parcel/Property ID Number. This can be fixed by formatting the column as text inside the spreadsheet, which will keep the leading zero.
*Please note: You may need to add the leading zero back into the spreadsheet after formatting it as text.
