Add/Modify/Delete Payment Methods

Please Note: Only the Main User of your account can change or update Banking Preferences. 



On your EscrowCloud page, click on "Banking Preferences" tab or click "View" button in the Banking Preferences box.


Add Payment Type:


Select radio button for Wire Payments, ACH Payments, Check Payments for "All Payers"



Fill out the requested fields (i.e.: Bank Name, Address, Account Number, etc.) Add any Special Payment Instructions you might have for your payers (this field is optional but if used, might help reduce payer calls).


Click on "Update" button to get the information updated in your account.


Specific Payers Only:


To add a payment method that is allowed for a specific payer only:


Select radio button for Wire Payments, ACH Payments, Check Payments for "Specific Payers". Check box next to Payer allowed to use this payment method.



Click on "Update" button.

Modify Payment Type:


Edit the requested fields (i.e.: Bank Name, Address, Account Number, etc.) under the payment method. Add any Special Payment Instructions you might have for your payers (this field is optional but if used, might help reduce payer calls).


Click on "Update" button to get the information updated in your account.



Delete Payment Type:


Select "No Payers" radio button for Wire Payments, ACH Payments, or Check Payments, whichever applicable. 


Click on "Update" button.
