If you need to get in touch with a Payer while using EscrowCloud, you can easily send them a message directly from the platform. Here's how to do it:
Once you are logged into your EscrowCloud account, go to the Payers tab where you can see a list of all the Payers associated with your account. Find the specific Payer you need to contact and hover your cursor over their name. This will reveal a few options, including the "Message" button.
Once you click on the "Message" button, a new window will pop up, allowing you to compose and send a message to the Payer. In the message window, type in the subject of your message and then compose the body of the message. Be sure to include all relevant details and any necessary attachments.
Click "Send Message" to dispatch your message to the Payer.
Once you have sent your message, the Payer will receive an email notification alerting them to your message.
**Note: You can hover over the Payer's name anywhere on the platform and follow the same steps to send a message
