Cleaner User List
Under Manage Users, we've organized the user list to be more table based including relevant columns that will help you audit and locate users in your organization. This includes sorting ability and new filters.
More Organized User Add / Edit
We've introduced tabs and re-organized all user fields to make your job managing users simpler:
User Profile | Modify the name, email, job title, role, and phone numbers associated with a user. |
Password | Only when editing your account, modify your password. |
Notifications | Customize the types of notifications you want to receive from us. |
Departments | For local government offices, select the departments a user has access to |
Permissions | For organizations using least privilege, control what a user has access to view or modify in line with their job role. |
Options | Customize and save certain preferences site-wide. |
Accounts | List of shared accounts the user has access to. |

Cut down on our communication if its not relevant to your job duties through our customizable toggle of notifications:
Permissions Revamp
Gone are the days of confusing permissions. We've introduced beautiful new toggles and detailed descriptions on account and product permissions. Depending on the type of account, these permissions may vary.
Introducing User Options
Everyone uses our products differently we've heard your feedback so we've introduced the ability to customize and save certain options. For MuniciPay customers, you'll be presented the ability to select some of these on your initial login or can modify them from Edit Your Profile > Options:
Default Page After Login | Modify the landing page you are sent to each time you login. |
Hide Sidebar | Hide the filter sidebar by default to expand the content column. |
Default Report Date Range | For certain reports, set a pre-defined date range such as Today, Yesterday, etc. |
Default Results Per Page | Customize the number of results per page between 25-500. |
Simple or Expanded Tables | For certain reports, set the style from simple tables to expanded details. |
