If you are unable to add a stored payment method, this may be due to the cart being disabled. The cart may be disabled by an office for a multitude of reasons. An office may disable the cart due to a tax sale, or prior to the beginning of a tax collection season while they are waiting on finalized tax data. During this brief pause, a payer will not be able to add a Stored Payment Method or subscribe to an Automated Payment and may encounter an error message.
