Can I see what credit card or bank account the Individual Payer used to make their payment?

For security purposes, the full credit card number or bank account number is not visible on MuniciPay. You can; however, see the last four digits of the card number or bank account number entered. You can also view what type of card was used.

Please note: If you need to obtain the entire number entered, please e-mail support@autoagent.com and we can assist you. 

To review this information, navigate to your Transactions tab on your main menu - default activity will load, or you may use the Filter Results to the left in your view to cull your results.

With individual payments in view, you'll be able to see the last four digits of the card or account number listed on each transaction.

If you utilize the Simple Table view in Transactions, you'll see the last four and method/card type in the Method column:
