The Office does have the ability to provide an address change service to their Individual Payers. To enable this, please contact support@autoagent.com.
Once enabled, the MuniciPay site will have a button for Individual Payers to submit their address changes.
To view the submissions, go to the MuniciPay tab in your Autoagent account and click on Customers.
From the dropdown, click on Manage Address Change Requests.
You will see a listing of the address change requests and have the opportunity to approve or reject the change requests.
