Can I block parcels from being paid online?

Accounts may be blocked from being paid online through your MuniciPay account. 


1. Click on MuniciPay then go to "Settings". From the dropdown, select "Manage Blocked Items". 






2. Click on "Add blocked items" and you will be presented with an area where you may free fill accounts numbers you would like to be blocked from payment. You may also copy and paste a list. If you are copying and pasting a list and wish to replace it periodically, you may do so by pasting the new list and clicking on the "Replace Existing Blocks" button.
