What should I do if one or more of the Big 3 refuse to use Autoagent?

If one of these companies refuse to use Autoagent, be prepared to be asked to send data files directly to them and only them on a daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis. That is an additional data feed specific to them and nobody else. That feed will require custom programming, constant support, and most likely manual on-going requests and calls by them, which we know you want to avoid based on why you chose Autoagent for your payment solution.


The Tax Office is the one and only authority that decides how to conduct their mass pay escrow collections. We cannot force any company to use Autoagent, just as those companies cannot refuse to provide payments using the process you require of them.


Whatever your decision may be, Autoagent is here to stay and serve you. That is EXACTLY the difference between Autoagent and all these servicing companies. We work for YOU!
