At Autoagent, we place a high value on security and privacy. We take these matters very seriously and ensure that they are given top priority in all our operations and services. Our system is hosted on the cloud with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and sensitive data is encrypted where needed.
For 3rd Party providers, we utilize the following services:
SendGrid for our email notifications
Twilio for our SMS notifications
FreshDesk for our customer ticket system
Both Sendgrid and Twilio are involved in our Two Factor Authentication process.
2. We encrypt data as needed when deemed as sensitive. We do not encrypt parcel data, but again we don't require the input of highly sensitive customer information. Any optional information such as loan/customer number or internal balances, is highly restricted by user permissions and only accessible by authenticated users from their organization's account or Autoagent admins. All users must be verified and pass through 2FA. We don't allow other Payers on the system access to that information. Our database volumes are encrypted at rest. Any Excel files uploaded or reports generated are encrypted in transit and at rest.
